Individual Therapy (50 mins): we’ll explore some of the unconscious patterns that are holding you back, listen for forgotten parts of yourself that have been waiting to be seen/heard, and work toward better relationships with yourself and others.

Couples Therapy (50-75 mins): together we’ll gain a deeper understanding of your patterns of communication, explore possible effects of intergenerational trauma, and rebuild a stronger foundation of trust and connection.

Fees: My fee is $165/hour for individuals and $165/hour for couples.

I do offer sliding scale spots within a range of $75-150, if needed. Please do not hesitate to inquire.

Cancellations: There is a 24-hour cancellation policy — if you need to cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time you are responsible for paying for the session.

All services are available over Telehealth or in-person in the Silverlake area of Los Angeles.
